If you are involved in a car accident the first thing you need to do is assess the severity of the damage. If your vehicle is non-drivable, contact Harris, your preferred auto body repair shop of choice. We will coordinate towing from the scene of the accident or tow yard; and transition you to substitute transportation. If you can drive your vehicle away from the scene of the accident, bring your car to Harris. We will expedite the repair process and properly represent you by having your vehicle appraised at our shop.

Once we’ve received the appropriate ordered parts, repairs will begin by our highly trained and certified staff. We will keep you and the insurance company up-to-date to so know EXACTLY what is going on with your vehicle and the insurance company knows to extend the rental vehicle (based on the size of the repair & the amount of hidden damage found). Your vehicle will then be fully safety checked and test driven if necessary. We also will provide a courtesy detail once everything is complete.
